Welcome to Body & Sole Online! You can make bookings, reschedule and purchase gift cards online 24/7. Browse treatments, check availability and take advantage of special offers. Bookings can be made up to two months in advance and a 50% non refundable booking deposit will be taken to secure your appointment.

Body & Sole is based in Bargoed, CF81 and provides a peaceful and private environment to receive treatments. Your therapist is Suzanne, who is a VTCT Level 3 qualified practitioner.

Body & Sole reserves the right to decline treatment to any client and only provides services to female clients. All new clients will be required to complete a medical consultation form upon booking. After review, the appointment will be confirmed.

Opening hours are Wednesday 10am to 1.30pm, Friday 10am to 3.30pm and Sundays 10am to 3pm. Please note that there are cats on the premises. They are not allowed in the treatment room for hygiene reasons but If you dislike cats or are allergic, please do not book.
